Refund Policy
We at Ganinath Vivah strive to provide excellent services to our clients. In the case of refund requests, we have established the following policy:
Refunds will only be considered under specific circumstances as outlined below:
- If the services provided did not meet the descriptions or assurances as specified in our terms and conditions.
- In cases of duplicate payments or technical errors resulting in overcharges.
- In situations where a client's account is mistakenly charged after cancellation of the subscription.
Non-eligibility for Refund:
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- If the client violates the terms of service or engages in misconduct outlined in our policies.
- If the client simply changes their mind or no longer wishes to utilize our services after a certain period.
- If the services have been substantially rendered and the client has actively used or benefited from them.
Refund Procedure:
To request a refund, clients must contact our customer support team via email or phone and provide relevant details regarding the issue and reason for the refund request.
All refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7 business days from the date of the request. Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the original method of payment. Processing fees or charges incurred during the transaction may not be refunded.
Cancellation of Services:
Clients may cancel their subscription or service at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription.
Policy Updates:
Ganinath Vivah reserves the right to modify or update the refund policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes made to the policy.
